The submission of any personal information to the JC&JC website (“Website”) is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Individually identifiable information (“Personal Information”) obtained via the Website will be catalogued and processed in our global candidate database. As part of the work JC&JC performs, your Personal Information will not be provided to JC&JC’s clients without your authorisation. JC&JC operates in numerous countries throughout the world and will not therefore transfer Personal Information to our clients and licensees in other countries without your authorisation. Such countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your home country, and may not provide “adequate” protection for Personal Information according to the terms of your local laws.

All JC&JC offices implement appropriate security measures in respect of the Personal Information they receive and process. JC&JC will not share your Personal Information with third parties except with your authorisation, or except as may otherwise be necessary to comply with a legal requirement, or in connection with the sale or transfer of all or part of the business. If you wish to update the Personal Information you have submitted, please send a new resume to replace the previous one to: resume@jcjcnetwork.com.
